Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining a roll, or otherwise using Clickables ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Clickables is a disposable camera experience for live events. A host creates an event ("roll"), guests join and take photos, and the photos stay sealed until the host reveals the gallery. Photos are shared only within the private event they were taken for.

Clickables has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content, and for abusive or harassing behavior toward other users. By using the app you agree not to upload, share, or solicit such content. We may remove content and suspend or permanently block any user who violates this policy, without notice.

• Report: open any photo in the gallery and tap the ⋯ menu to report it. Reported photos are hidden from you immediately and flagged to the event host for review.
• Block: the same ⋯ menu lets you block the person who took a photo — all of their photos are then hidden from you.
• Hosts can remove photos and remove guests from their roll at any time.
• We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users within 24 hours.

You keep ownership of the photos you take. You grant Clickables the limited license needed to store, process, and display your photos to the participants of the relevant event, and to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you upload.

Some features are paid (event tiers, top-ups, and subscriptions), sold as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Consumable purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except as required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, including the Acceptable Use policy above. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickables is not liable for content shared by users or for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
